Now, Certified Sommelier!

I passed the Certified Sommelier Exam by The Court of Master Sommeliers!

The right half shows some of the hundres of wines that I tasted during the exam preparation.... which seems a lot. Yet, I am still not even close to fully understand wines... yes, learning wines is quite a humbling experience.

I will try to put some wine pairing ideas when I post recipes from now on. :)
