Thanksgiving Dinner with friends...


Yesterday, we had a great time. Good foods, good wine, and, most of all, good friends.


* Roasted chickens with rosemary/thyme and garlic. (RECIPE).

* Farro salad. (RECIPE)

* Caramelized brussel sprout with toasted almond and crispy bacon.

* Roasted onion and carrot with herbs.

* Mashed yam and butternut squash with dried cranberry and maple syrup.

* Bolognese lasagna with ricotta and béchamel sauce. (RECIPE)

* Arugula salad with parmigiano reggiano and balsamic vinaigrette.

* Apple tart and vanilla ice cream. (RECIPE)
